My feet hurt because I’m trying to break in new shoes. I went to the Army Navy Annual Shoe Sale a couple of months ago and bought three pairs of new shoes.
The first pair are by
Christian Audigier (I believe of Ed Hardy fame, I’m not sure exactly who that is). They are so cute with studs on the ankle strap and a skull motif etched into the hack of the heel. I paid $30 for these beauties. These are the ones I’m wearing today and trying not to kill myself in.
The second pair is a beautiful red patent leather by Steve Madden. From what I understand these are fairly popular and now I see why. The sole is a nice cushy rubber which stops slipping and makes each step feel sturdy unlike most heels of 3 inches or more. I paid $40 for these lovely ladies.
The final pair is a cute summer sandal in canary yellow and have what I think is called a kitten heel. Very comfortable and considering my wardrobe consists of mainly black; these stand out nicely and go well with my pedicure of black nails.
I have never been the kind of woman who can wear heels for any period of time and feel comfortable. I can get away with them if I’m mostly sitting or at the most standing in one spot but if I have to move around, ouch! My feet just aren’t trained to deal with the torture. We'll see how long I can last but I bet $50 it'll be maybe 30 minutes with at least two hours break in between.

Gorgeous shoes! I am quite jealous. They'd all have my feet ripped to shreds in no time though. Beauty i pain.
